How to read a country page (10 minutes)
- Bottom line. What the public data can rule out, what is worth a closer look, and what is unclear, with the reason. “Probably not” is weaker than “ruled out”.
- Check a program idea. Paste it to see which area it targets and what the evidence says, in a paragraph you can cite. It never says “fund this”.
- Open any area. Its evidence, what would change the rating, and what to ask in two days in-country. Analyst detail sits behind “Rule detail”.
